Cookery Course
This week we have done a cookery course in Donnybrook Fair. We chose an Indian theme meal week so we had four groups. Our menu was Dahl with fresh Naan bread . The main course in vegetable and Chicken curry. The desert is Pavlovas with fruit lassies. I think this is a great course to do as we learn how to cook and learn about indian food ahead of our indian trip in 2014. Also we are doing a fundraiser tomorrow in Donnybrook Fair to raise money for India so each group will take a dish and make it and we will serve food for £10 , not bad ehhh !. This has been a good week but big day ahead.
